"Not a lot for what I needed"
I checked out LEDwholesalers hoping to find a few LED options. Different styles. Sizes too. But the selection felt limited. Some categories had stuff, just not much to compare.

Maybe it’s fine if you only need basic lights. For me, not enough. I ended up looking somewhere else. Wish they had more variety. Newer options too.

I reached out to ledwholesalers support about an issue I was having, it was frustrating from the start.

The replies took a while, and it felt like they were answering some other question half the time, like I’d explain what was going on and then, anyway, they’d send back some basic reply that didn’t actually help. I ended up repeating myself more than once.

Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but mine was bad enough that I don’t really see myself ordering from them again...

"Might buy again, but I’m still not sure"
I might buy this again, but I’m still not totally sure. It was okay, but there were a few little things that bothered me, and they kept bothering me the more I used it. Nothing was a total dealbreaker, but still, it just didn’t completely win me over. I keep going back and forth on it because it’s fine, but it’s also kind of frustrating in the same ways over and over.

"Didn't Make Much Difference"
I switched to these LEDs expecting to see a noticeable drop in my power bill, but it barely changed. They seem to use more power than I thought they would, which is frustrating. And of course, trying to figure out if something was off meant dealing with automated systems instead of a real person, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Disappointed overall.

"Big order mostly went off without a hitch"
I placed a large order and, it went smoother than I expected. Most of the boxes showed up right on time. One box came late, maybe it got held up in transit or something, but I’m not totally sure. I reached out to support and they handled it quickly, so overall I was happy with how it turned out.

I had to return a light because it ended up not fitting my setup. The whole return process was really straightforward, and they got back to me quickly. I got my refund without any hassle, which was better than I expected. I’d really order from them again.

As someone who likes a really well-lit room, I was a little disappointed with these LED lights. They do work, so I wouldn’t call them useless, but the brightness just wasn’t strong enough for what I needed. I ended up having to add extra lighting to the room, which was kind of frustrating. I was expecting a better output

"A bit frustrating to track down what I wanted"
I was just trying to find some basic LED strips, and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. The site felt a little clunky to use, and the filters didn’t really help much, in some cases they made things more confusing. Maybe it’s fine if you already know the exact product name or model, but for browsing and narrowing things down, it wasn’t a great experience for me.

My order from LEDwholesalers was pretty much what I expected, though one item showed up in a slightly different size than what I picked. It still ended up working for my setup, so I didn’t really feel like going through the hassle of sending it back.
Shipping was okay, and everything was packed fine when it arrived. I just wish they had double-checked the order details a little better before sending it out

"Didn’t look like the photos"
I kept going back to the product photos thinking maybe I missed something, but the lights I received just didn’t look the same. The color was a bit off, and the finish wasn’t what I expected either. I had already pictured where they’d go in my setup, so when they showed up looking different, it kind of threw everything off.

The lights showed up fine and everything, so no real issue there. Shipping was just kind of slow, like I kept checking and wondering when they’d actually get here. Prices seem decent enough, but support took a while to get back to me, which was a little annoying. Overall it was okay, just not... super smooth, I guess.

"Took forever to get a response"
The products themselves were fine, no real complaints there, but getting help from customer service was frustrating. I emailed them and waited way too long for a reply, then had to follow up twice just to get a simple update. On top of that, they kept asking me to verify the same details again, which made the whole thing feel even more annoying than it needed to be

"Refund took a little while, but it got handled"
I had to return an order, and the refund didn’t come through right away. I kind of expected it to be faster, maybe because some places process that stuff almost instantly now, but anyway, I emailed them and they did get it sorted out. It took a few days longer than I was hoping, which was a bit annoying, but not a huge deal in the end. Overall, the service was okay, just wish the refund process was a little quicker.

"Great Communication from Start to Finish"
I had a quick question before placing my order, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The answer was clear, helpful, and actually felt like a real person took the time to respond.

Once I ordered, they kept me in the loop and even answered another shipping question I had. That made the whole process feel super easy and way less stressful.
